How to Initiate a Return

- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order.
